Services Provided
Signed by the Jacksons Notary Services provides:
- Mobile Notary Services (Maryland)
- Remote Online Notarization (RON) Nationwide
- Apostille Services
- Ink Fingerprinting (FD-258 Cards)
- Witness Services
- Field Inspection Services
All services are performed in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations.
Appointment & Scheduling
- Appointments are required for all services.
- Same-day appointments are subject to availability.
- Clients must provide accurate information when booking.
Identification Requirements
All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of service.
Failure to provide proper ID will result in cancellation, and fees may still apply.
Notary Limitations
- We do not provide legal advice.
- We do not prepare legal documents unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The signer cannot be properly identified
- The signer appears unwilling or under duress
- The document is incomplete or suspicious
Fees & Payment
- Fees are disclosed prior to service.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Travel fees may apply for mobile services.
- Additional fees may apply for:
- After-hours appointments
- Emergency/same-day services
- Extended wait times
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Clients must provide at least [insert timeframe, e.g., 2–4 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Refund Policy
- Completed notarial acts are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not provided once a document has been notarized.
- If an error is made on our part, we will correct it at no additional charge.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
- Clients must have a compatible device, internet access, and valid ID.
- RON sessions may be recorded and stored as required by law.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are complete prior to the session.
Apostille & Processing Services
- Processing times for apostille services are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by government agencies.
Ink Fingerprinting Services
- Clients are responsible for submitting fingerprint cards to the appropriate agency.
- We do not guarantee acceptance by third-party agencies.
Limitation of Liability
Signed by the Jacksons Notary Services is not liable for:
- The content or legality of documents
- Delays caused by third parties
- Rejection of documents by receiving agencies
Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
